If your goods are faulty, we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the goods from you. These costs may be set off against the amount to be re-credited to you.
Manorglobe Ltd will only refund delivery costs if the return is the result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or it was sent to you through our error.
Your Returned Goods Should:
• Be Preceded by an Email
• Be Returned with a Copy of the Original Invoice
• Be Packaged to a Satisfactory Standard, in a Safe Manner, with Our Return Address Clearly Shown
